Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Watercooled Promotions ("WCP") website and registering for any WCP-organized class, event, or series, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or register for our events.

Registration for WCP classes (such as the Limited Street Series) is separate from track entry, tech inspection, and any other class registration at host events. Registering through our website covers WCP points class participation, points tracking, and class payouts only.

All racers participating in a WCP class must register. Buying a tech card at the gate does not automatically place you into a WCP points class. Online registration will close once a class reaches its maximum field size.

Registration is non-transferable. Points follow the driver, not the vehicle.

Refunds for Racer Cancellation

If you cannot attend an event, please notify WCP as soon as possible so another racer may have the opportunity to enter.

Registration fees may be refunded if cancellation notice is received at least 30 days before the scheduled event date. Requests made within 30 days of the event may not be eligible for refund.

Canceled or Rescheduled Events

In most cases, canceled points events will be rescheduled and all registrations will automatically carry over to the new event date.

Championship series registrations help fund the season points payout and championship purse. Because of this, full-series registrations are generally non-refundable once the season begins, provided a championship winner is ultimately crowned.

If an individual racer registered for only a single event and that event is permanently canceled without being rescheduled, that racer may be eligible for a refund for that individual event registration.

If circumstances prevent a replacement event from being completed, WCP reserves the right to determine how remaining registrations, points, and payouts will be handled fairly and reasonably.

By opting in to SMS communications during registration, you agree to the following terms:

• You consent to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages from Watercooled Promotions regarding event updates, weather alerts, calls to lanes, qualifying and elimination round notifications, lane assignments, schedule changes, and other race-day notifications.
• Message frequency varies by event. On race days, you may receive multiple messages per hour during active competition.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from WCP.
• You can request help at any time by replying HELP to any message.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase or registration. You may register for events without opting into SMS messages. Your registration will not be affected if you choose not to opt in.
• Opting out of SMS does not affect your email subscriptions or event registration status.

Track tech inspection is not responsible for confirming your vehicle meets WCP class rules. A WCP representative may perform a basic visual review of participating class vehicles before or during qualifying. If a vehicle is found to be outside the class rules, it may not be permitted to compete until the issue is corrected.

If you believe another racer is outside the class rules, please notify WCP staff. A $150 protest fee may apply for inspections beyond a basic visual check.

WCP may capture photos, videos, race footage, pit coverage, and racer interviews throughout events for highlights, race coverage, and promotional content. By participating in a WCP event, you acknowledge that your likeness and vehicle may appear in such content.

If you do not wish to appear on camera or participate in interviews, please notify WCP staff on race day.

Watercooled Promotions is not affiliated with, does not organize, and is not responsible for any third-party events listed on this website. Participation, registration, and attendance at any listed event are handled solely by the individual event organizers and are subject to their rules, waivers, and insurance coverage.

By attending or participating in any event, you acknowledge that WCP assumes no liability for any claims, damages, or incidents related to those events. Racing is an inherently dangerous activity; you participate at your own risk.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
